Office Support Team
Must be at least 15 years old with a work permit.
Prepares files for scanning; verifies accuracy of the scanned information.
Provides administrative/office support to Departments upon request. The OST must be able to effectively use Agency telephones, computers, copy machines (including scanning).
Organizes welcome packets and other agency materials for distribution and mailing.
Updates internal department data base(s).
Uploads paper record and creates a digital file for active clients.
Assists designated departments with survey collection and follow through.
Perform miscellaneous duties and assignments as directed.
Essential Functions/Qualifications:
Administrative office experience preferred (telephones, copies, computers).
Ability to read; write; recognize differences; and match and compare items.
Must be detail oriented; organized.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Data entry; computer acuity.
Requires long periods of standing to repeatedly scan items at a copy machine.
May need to lift up to 20 pounds.
Must conform and abide by all HIPAA requirements regarding the confidential nature of the materials to be handled.
